Electronics Production
HDEL Technology manufactures electronics in Mladé Bříště near Humpolec, Czech Republic (D1 motorway, exit 90). Everything under one roof – from development and manufacturing to after-sales service.
We offer PCB assembly using both SMT and THT technology, as well as complete assembly of electronic and electromechanical modules and devices, including testing, functional verification, and warranty and post-warranty service. We manufacture batches ranging from as few as a single unit to tens of thousands of pieces, including prototypes and pre-production runs.
What We Can Do for You
We cover the entire process from design to after-sales support: product development, PCB design, component sourcing, prototype manufacturing and validation, testing, volume production, functional verification, and service – including guaranteed long-term production of spare parts (for example, 15 years).
Our complementary services include transformer and coil winding, cable assemblies and wiring, mechanical assembly of modules and finished products, and the production of mechanical parts. Any part of this process can also be provided separately
Who We Manufacture For
We manufacture for electronics manufacturers and developers (EMS services). Another typical customer is a company that does not develop or manufacture electronics itself – for example, a machinery manufacturer that needs a measurement or control module for its machine. You will find our electronics in lifts, rail vehicles, measuring instruments, LED lighting, and in control systems for stacker cranes in large warehouses – including projects involving Linde, Still and Toyota.
Examples of these and other projects are available in our Reference Projects.

SMT PCB AssemblyWe assemble on our in-house SMT line using Mydata – Mycronic pick-and-place machines with a capacity of 21,000 components per hour. Component packages from 0201 (imperial) up to 56 × 56 × 15 mm, including BGA and QFN. We assemble boards up to 400 × 510 mm, single-sided and double-sided. We work with three types of solder alloy:

THT Assembly, Box Build and Finishing OperationsWe place through-hole components manually and solder them either by hand or by selective soldering. We also carry out mechanical assembly and final assembly of units, including installation into housings and cabinets, and packaging to customer specification. |

Quality Control and TestingOptical inspection, electrical test, board bring-up, functional test, test fixtures supplied by the customer or developed and manufactured in-house, firmware programming, and burn-in (long-term testing). Test and final inspection reports available on request. |
Component Sourcing and Materials Management
We source components and parts from authorised distributors, including managing allocations and proposing alternatives for items that are unavailable. We can of course also manufacture from material supplied by the customer, in full or in part.
We can purchase and hold critical components as buffer stock in our own warehouse, securing long-term production continuity and price stability
Cable and Harness Manufacturing
HDEL Technology manufactures wire harnesses, interconnection cables and connector assemblies as part of the products we assemble. Standard range AWG 10 to AWG 24. Cutting, stripping and crimping, semi-automatic and manual. Including heat-shrink tubing, braided sleeving, spiral wrap and similar. In accordance with IPC/WHMA-A-620.
We work with connector systems from Würth Elektronik, Molex, TE Connectivity, WAGO and Degson.
Coil and Transformer Winding
We wind small transformers, chokes and coils, either to the customer's documentation or to our own design. From AWG 44 to AWG 14.
Toroidal winding is not currently available.
Mechanical Parts Manufacturing
We manufacture mechanical and electromechanical parts for our assemblies — front panels, heatsinks, brackets and covers. Plastics and non-ferrous metals are machined on a CNC router, selected plastics are engraved and cut on a CO2 laser, and prototypes and small quantities are 3D printed
Certifications and Standards
IPC A-610, IPC J-STD-001, IPC CM-770, IPC/WHMA-A-620, RoHS
What Data We Need from You
To prepare a quotation, we accept manufacturing data in Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, BOM, Pick&Place, KiCad and Eagle formats; alternatively top and bottom assembly drawings (PDF is acceptable), a schematic in PDF (where something is unclear or alternative parts need to be found), and drawings for mechanical assembly or for any non-standard component mounting. Anything else by arrangement.
